Constructive Criticism: Compared to our rental last year...we found we needed to buy a fry pan. Many of the pans are in poor shape, one missing a handle but the teflon fry pan(s) coating was peeling off and not fit to use. ( I expect renters have used metal spatulas and ruined the coating on the pans) Two regular sized garbage cans would be helpful when you have 6/8 people moving out after a week and emptying the kitchen/refrigerator. The smaller garbage can does not stand up on its own for some reason. Finally, the grill is a bit small for a party of 6/8 but It worked well and we appreciated that option since there is no exhaust fan over the cook top and we were concerned about setting off a fire alarm from frying. Overall, lovely venue and beach was beautiful though a bit more effort getting over the dunes and to the public beach than expected. I would stay here again, really appreciated the dog friendly aspect and am happy to put up with some wear and tear anytime to have that option. The week was fantastic. It started off with a bonus. We were notified that because they finished cleaning we could check in 3 hours earlier. It felt like we had an extra day. What a beautiful home! View of water from master is gorgeous. I loved all the artwork. Quick access to beach. Misty, our dog, felt so comfortable in the home. I can’t thank you enough for allowing us to bring our 6th family member. Vacation would not have been the same without her. I would rent here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

If you want relaxed, this is your place. Literally across the street from path to the beach. Remote feel to the location, but less than 10 minutes to town. Home was spacious and clean. Great views from the decks. Third floor master deck is special. We couldn't have been happier. This is our second summer at this home, and we can’t wait for a third! It’s a gorgeous home with quite a bit of space, and it works so well for families, kids, and pups! Even on a rainy or cloudy day, the view is just incredible. Close to everything you need (beaches, shopping, food, the highway, but yet secluded and quiet. We just love it!
