This is our 10th year using NEVR - I was a little worried a couple years ago when our “local” realty company (Beach Realty) told us that their rental wing was changing to NEVR. Would we have the same personal attention? Would it cost more? Etc.. but I can attest it is the same. Our same favorite people take care of us - it really was “just” a name change. The house is perfect, not overcrowded with “stuff” like some. It’s so close to the ocean that you can leave everything open (with screens of course) and listen to it all night with a perfect breeze. The deck overlooking the ocean completely makes it along with the fact that you can ride your bike to the canal bike path and stop at the scusset beach park for ice cream. This was a great rental for our group of first-time NEVR customers. The house was comfortable, with plenty of room inside and outside for hanging out, meals, and relaxing. We especially liked having private beach access. One note - the stairs from the ground floor (two bedrooms and a bath) to the main floor (two bedrooms - one with an en suite bath - eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area) are pretty steep and can be challenging, especially with luggage. Communications with NEVR were great, and it was easy to handle the reservation and payment through their Happy Stays app. Check-in and check-out processes were clearly defined and easy to follow. The home was perfect for our family. The owners have done an amazing job creating the cape cod scene. The outdoor shower was key! Beach front living was the perfect escape. We have been staying here for several summer vacations. The house is well equipped, clean, spacious and family friendly. We have young grandchildren, so being right on the beach is very important. The rental agents are easy to contact and respond/notify us with any issues/concerns (we had none). We look forward to making many more memories there in the future.
