We've been staying at Beach Life 219 NSB for about 13 years. It's our favorite time of year and the views are amazing. NEVR is available and helpful with any questions we have! This property looks small, but it's very spacious inside with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably! Restaurants in the area (Pilot House, Fisherman's View, Fathers, Sagamore Inn and The Local are some of our favs), day trips to Falmouth, Hyannis, Dennis, Chatham and P-Town are easy from Easy Sandwhich! We love our stay and will continue as long as we can!!

We are so lucky to be able to rent this spacious cottage every summer in July! We look forward to going back every year for as long as we can. This is our third stay at this home! We love it. It’s perfect. It is well appointed and is as pictured in listing. Photos cannot do justice to the location though! You are ON the beach! The deck overlooks the sand dunes and allows for peaceful morning coffee with the sounds of the waves. There is plenty of space for our family of four. The surrounding area is filled with other families. The house has had many updates in the years we’ve been coming including new flooring, kitchen and bathroom updates. We love coming to 219 NSB every summer. We have been coming to East Sandwich beaches for more than 25 years now as a family. Prior to that, my husband's family and extended family did the same. The house is perfect for us, although we do wish we could fit just one more guest there each summer. The place sleeps 6, however the limit is 5. (Could this ever be changed?) We look forward to coming back again next year!
