We have stayed at this cottage every June since 2003 and also in August for the past few years. We love this cottage and hope to stay for many years to come. The 4 a/cs were very appreciated this August. NEVR was very helpful when I let you know that the umbrella on the deck had a broken spoke. We love the beach and the view. The new bedding is very nice and appreciated. Please thank the family for continuing to rent this cottage.

Beautiful views, clean cottage, lots of fun on the beach with the dogs. Have been going to this cottage for at least 12 years and hope for twelve more!

Beautiful old style cottage with amazing views of not only the ocean but the marsh as well! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, occasional seals and the dogs can run on the beach! I believe this was the 12th year we have rented this spot. Hoping for 12 more!!! From New England Vacation Rentals: Wow, 12 years—that’s truly special!
