We had a great stay. The location was excellent and we really enjoyed the rental. Highly recommended.

Great location, beautiful beach getaway

Beautifully updated unit with a fantastic view of the beach. Perfect spot to enjoy the sun and sand, and to explore the rest of the Cape.

This is a great spot! The house was very clean, beds and couches were very comfortable. The location is perfect, one staircase down to the beach. We loved it so much we would consider staying again however there were a couple things to consider. The deck is in very poor condition and slightly hazardous. Screws and nails sticking up, boards popping up, practically rotted. This was annoying since we had 3 small kids with us. We contacted the host but they never did anything for us and that was disappointing (I suggested an extra outdoor rug just to cover it). The landscaping could use some TLC, giant roots sticking up under the outdoor carpet that were major tripping hazards, weeds growing in the outdoor shower, picnic table old. I wish they provided some beach chairs or umbrella and there was no salt or oil to cook with which we forgot to buy. Also bring water shoes since there is rocks by the shore but the beach has a big sandy area and great sandbars which was nice for little kids.
