We enjoyed our stay, the house was condusive to the six adults and two children. Hot weekend the air conditioning was marginal on first floor. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and hope to rent again. Wendy I

Thank you Wendy for your review! Our team has assessed the air conditioning, and it is fully operational. We think there might have been some confusion because the A/C for the house is centrally controlled by the Nest unit upstairs. We have made updates so that this information is clearer for future stays. We hope to welcome you back soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and in a great neighborhood for walking our dog. The A/C worked but had a little trouble keeping up during the hottest part of the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home!

Good location in less busy town but close enough to areas in cape cod we wanted to visit. Plenty of room for our group of 7

Thank you for your review! We’re glad the location worked well for your group and that the home provided plenty of space for everyone. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
