What a perfect home in a perfect location. Super private and peaceful. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and could definitely have had another guest if need be. Hot tub was wonderful. Deck with bbq and table was great! Greenery surrounding entire place. We loved the comfy feeling. Great kitchen! Had everything we needed and more!

We had a great stay in the cottage. It is even bigger than the pictures and if in a great little secluded space. Everything was great and as advertised, but just wish sheets and towels were provided so we didn't have to worry about that extra thing. The pictures of this property truly don't do it justice - very pretty property and well furnished and equipped. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Spotlessly clean.Conveniently located for Chatham high street and lighthouse (5 min drive) yet tucked away and very quiet.Would definitely recommend and stay again.Only minor issue was that the dryer didn't work - we called the management company but never heard back.

Wonderful house with plenty of room for a family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, as well as new appliances. With the house a little secluded, the quiet area made evenings very restful. Downtown Chatham was easily accessible for a short drive or 25 minute walk.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The location was close to town that we could ride our bicycles. The home was well stocked with many kitchen amenities & a even paper plates & many spices. It was very clean & although on the smaller side, there was plenty of room for the kids to have their own space when they needed. We loved coming home after the beach to the hot tub, which was sparkling clean. The grill was also very nice to have. The only drawbacks were the yard was small (which was ok, bc we did many other things) & the road to the house was a bit tricky to find initially & pretty bumpy. But those were not a big deal at all. It was a great stay & they even let us check out an hr later, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We've rented this cottage the past three summers. It is located on the "Chatham Loop" - you can walk to downtown, the lighthouse, and Stage Harbor. The cottage itself is on a private gravel drive surrounded by woods - very peaceful and quiet. We have three young boys, and there is plenty of room to keep their bikes and toys in the basement. And the three bedrooms upstairs give everyone plenty of space. Great vacation property that we always recommend to our friends when they are in town.
