We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo located right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It was clean and well equipped, quiet, and peaceful. Loved our time staying there and the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful cape. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a picturesque beach vacation.

This was actually our seventh stay over the past five years, and even though our stay was shortened by concerns as to the track and impact of Hurricane Erin, we had a delightful visit! The location within Dennisport, facing South on Nantucket Sound provides all-day vistas, from especially vibrant sunrises to picture-perfect sunsets! The owner has all of the basic features and amenities for a waterfront home; so, even if you are ordering out and eating in, want to spend the whole day on the beach, or escape from the cares of the everyday world, this is the place we always return to, and that is well-suited for those of like mind. We highly recommend this place and eagerly look forward to a return visit in 2026. As for our interaction with New England Vacation Rentals (NEVR), we have been and continue to be very pleased!
