This was my family’s second stay here. We found it clean and convenient to the beach, to restaurant, grocery store, etc. parking is ample. The rooms are spacious and very pretty with wonderful full bathrooms. The kitchen is amazing and we were able to cook dinners here. The living room is an enjoyable spot for family game-night. I would absolutely return and recommend this home to families looking for a convenient, and enjoyable stay on the Cape.

Great location; spacious home, tastefully renovated.

OMG. Absolutely the perfect house. We had 12 couples, and each had a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was amazing.This is my Bio family I found 15 years ago. My 3 siblings and First cousins. This reunion will live in our memories forever. And the accommodations made it very special. I’d say it was on par with any 5 star hotel we could have stayed at. And the location and access to everything on the Cape was spot on.I called the Prop Mgrs twice with questions, and Katie responded to everything immediately.The beach, one block away was beautiful. The little town of Harwich was comfortable and walkable. I HIGHLY recommend this house. If you split the cost between 12 people it’s NOTHING for what you get. Seriously.

This was a family reunion. 6 Couples coming from Canada, Tennessee, Ohio and California. My bio family I found 15 years ago. As children we vacationed in Cape Cod, but didn’t know each other. As a child in the 60’s I stayed in the old Belmont Hotel. I’d say this house is magical. Located so you can get to everywhere on the Cape. The kitchen is huge. Enough room to create great meals. Every huge room had a big bathroom. It was very clean. The beach is a short walk. The cute town of Harwich is a block away. We played cornhole on the front lawn, greeting passerby's. We had many family meals around the big dining table. Movie night in the living room. Barbecue in the backyard. A spot on perfect place for a big family. The only problem? No one wanted to leave. If you break down the cost between 6 couples, this is far beyond any 5 star hotel. And the PM Co, Katie, responded quickly to any queries. I have zero doubt I will use this company again. Lovely stay in a perfect location!

Where to begin? This was our first time using NEVR and I can honestly say their communication and response were spot on- answers were timely and efficient; any concerns were addressed promptly Let’s start with location: easy walk to town, restaurants, & shops as well as to beach.
