As always, our family had another wonderful stay at The Pineapple House. It is a warm and inviting home with every convenience we could ask for. We love the short walk to the beach and we enjoy walking to the many shops and restaurants in town. We went to The Cape Sea Grille on Sea St. (a very short walk from the house) for our anniversary and it was phenomenal. We also love Hot Stove, George's Pizza, Brax, Sundae School,Marions Pie Shop, Mom and Pop Burger's to name a few. We always find that if we have any questions they are answered very quickly and the associates at NEVR are always so friendly and helpful. All around it is a wonderful home. This was our 4th summer in this home and we will definitely be returning next summer.

The location was great. Close toTown, close to the beach and near the venue for the event we were attending. The pots and pans could use an upgrade and the house could use a few more of them. The only other negative was the hot water took a long time to come on and if you adjusted the temperature in any of the showers it went immediately to freezing cold water. Otherwise it was a very good rental. Would stay again.
