Perfect place to stay for a group! The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms. The fire pit outside was great for a fall evening! We were able to walk to a great breakfast spot. Minutes from downtown Main Street where we found more restaurants and shopping! Great location. Great house!

We have been coming to Chatham for over 15 years and this was one of our favorite properties. There were 6 adults and 3 children-5, 3 and 1. Plenty of room at the dining room table and very comfortable living room. We appreciated the gate at the top of the deck. Private and quiet backyard. We enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. Easy walk to both Schoolhouse Pond and bike trail. Within 10 minute drive of town and beach and food store. Bedrooms were spacious and great to have 3 full bathrooms. A few things to note (though we probably would stay here again and just work around this). The one upstairs bedroom is not a private room-this is evident in the pictures-we just hadn’t looked carefully when we booked; the bed in the one master is pretty uncomfortable; and the showers keep hot water-but only if you stagger the showers. Again-not deal breakers for us The layout of the house was great for us. The sofas are really comfortable. The extra living spaces on the second floor and in the basement give large groups room to spread out The washer and dryer worked great. There was plenty of room in the kitchen cabinets for our food. The house was immaculate. No safety issues with the little ones.

Great house for our family!

We had the best stay here for my bachelorette trip! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. Everyone had a great time and we’d absolutely stay again.

Had a terrific stay in Chatham! Quick drive to beaches, downtown Chatham and several golf courses in close proximity. The house had all we needed for a great long weekend! Would definitely come again.
