We have rented this house twice now and have loved it each time. The location is close to town and a short walk to Oyster Pond which has become one of our favorites. The beach at the end of the road is also a plus that our dogs enjoyed tremendously. My only complaint is that we thought there were kayaks included with the house but they weren't there this year. We had a wonderful trip. The location of this property is phenomenal. We were able to walk to the beach and into town. The house was clean and accommodating. We were able to bring our dogs who had a great time!! We will be back. :)

Lovely house in an ideal location. This "cottage" has a large, eat-in kitchen and huge living room, with a whole other family room down stairs. Bedroom are good size too. The house is nicely decorated and appointed. Everything worked great. Our one suggestion would be to have a bigger coffee maker in the kitchen. Loved the outdoor shower!

This house is a very comfortable rental. The location is a real plus and being on a dead end street makes for no traffic. It is very close to downtown Chatham and Oyster Pond that has a nice small beach. Kitchen is well supplied and bathrooms have great showers. My second year there and may make it a third next year!

We had a great week and this charming Cape style home. The house was very clean and up to date. We were surprised that there was Central A/C as the original description revealed units in the bedrooms, so that was a very nice upgrade, especially given the humid week we had. The house was very spacious and open for the family. We also loved the deeded access to Oyster Pond down the road and brought our inflatable paddle boards there a few times. The bike-ride distance to the center of town was perfect for the whole family. Overall a great stay!

Upon arriving at this home, I opened the door and the house was super clean, the kitchen so well stocked and organized, and everything set up for maximum space to move around. The cable channel was set to wonderful music playing as I came in and the ac was on and it just set the tone for a wonderful week for my family and I.
