We had an AC issue late one evening. I contacted after hours emergency and they connected me with your maintenance man Jim. He was so patient and led me through assessing what the problem was. Fortunately for all of us there was no actual mechanical problem just a user error mistake. But I was so impressed with the professionalism and timely service late in the evening. Kudos to Jim and NEVC for having a great system in place to keep guests happy.

We had a great stay. House is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Location is perfect for beach and access to town.

We had a great week staying at the Beach Pearl property in Chatham. We’ve been visiting the Cape for the past 30 years, either in Chatham or Harwich. The house was in a great location. Unfortunately it was so hot and humid that we decided to drive to the beach rather than walk. I prefer Cockle Cove and Red River rather than Ridgevale, which is more geared toward families with younger kids. We ventured to Nauset one day, which is fun if you want to experience big waves. The house was immaculate! The rooms were set up nicely and well appointed. It was great having central air. Due to dietary restrictions I can’t have dairy so Sweet Izzy is my go-to ice cream shop. It’s always my first stop as soon as I land on the Cape. Favorites for dining are Mac’s, Bluefin sushi, Red River BBQ and Dogfish Tacos. Half price happy hour oysters are a must, as well, at either the Port or the Oyster Company in Dennisport. We’ll definitely be back to Beach Pearl! We are renting 30 Chatham Crest Drive, Chatham, MA. Quite frankly, my wife and I were thrilled by the location, the exterior, the interior, the central air, the color combinations and the appointments we found on our arrival. It is a terrific house. We have had long associations with Chatham many years ago, before we were married. With this marvelous house as a base in such a beautiful locale, much of our expected stress has evaporated. Our very best to you, yours and your staff! We wish you continued success in your endeavors.

Great house for a family of 4. Plenty of room, lots of beach chairs and toys. Easy walk to beautiful Ridgevale beach. Books and games, even movies. We loved the privacy of the back and front yards, which can be hard to find in a rental on the cape. Everything worked perfectly. Outdoor gas grill could use updating.
