This vacation home in North Chatham was wonderful. It was spacious, well maintained and nicely/comfortably furnished. There was plenty of space for our family and friends to relax and eat together or in separate rooms, indoors or out. The views of Pleasant Bay were stunning, and the deck was spacious and furnished with comfortable deck chairs and a large table. The Awnings were a huge plus, enabling us to enjoy the outdoors in either sun or shade. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. We vacation on the cape every year, and this was the best place we have stayed in a long time. The experience of working with NEVR was great. This house was very comfortable with knockout water views and a great deck. Two sleeping areas on either side of the living quarters, each with a queen room and a twin room make it ideal for two families vacationing or one family entertaining some guests. The management company was superb, responding immediately and courteously to our questions/concerns. They offer an excellent, clear process for the rental process, providing option for cancellation insurance. This was our second time with them and now I would look to them first when seeking a rental. The rental was a bit overpriced. The driveway has a pretty bad pavement heave going on that needs to be fixed. There is an ants problem that seems over and above what might be expected. We are happy to assist our guests with anything that may come up! We agree that this home is special for many reasons - the views and location being a lovely start! We apologize for the ants - they are an unfortunate seasonal issue on the Cape but we do have ways to ease the situation if we had known. As for the driveway, the homeowner has looked into repairing the uneven spot and plans to consider that outside of the rental season (it would require the entire driveway to be resurfaced). Regardless, we always appreciate your feedback as it improves the guest experience and we look forward to helping you find your next vacation home!

Beautiful location. The house was big enough for our whole family with plenty of room. The decks were gorgeous the kitchen had all of what we needed. Lots of different rooms to hang out in.
