We have been coming to this home for many years and it is one of the best homes and locations we ve had in the 40 + years we have been coming to the red River beach area. This is our 2nd year renting this home and our expectations have not been changed. It is a beautiful home with more than enough room for the 9 of us. The backyard allows the grandkids to play without any concern since it is fenced by shrubbery and viewing s possible by the kitchen , family room or the spacious deck. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home and the beach vacation we hoped for. We were surprised with the sleeping accomodations since there were more beds than expected. It allowed our family to be together in the rooms offered. The only comments for consideration would be a dedicated space for food in the cabinets, and the air conditioning was difficult to control. It was hard to adjust the temperature for the upstairs without it be very cold on the main floor. But overall it was a great place for all of us to gather and enjoy our time together. Second year at 118 Deep Hole Road, Harwich. The home is perfect for us. Large dining room table hosts our yearly vacation puzzle plus room for late night card games. The owners have a cabinet full of Christmas dishes so we went with the theme of Christmas in July this year, we had Christmas lights and made decorations and Christmas cookies, on the 25th we did a Yankee Swap! Location was perfect, plenty of beds for a large group. The home supplied every thing we needed to prepare meals.
