Place was clean and ready at 4 pm check in. Our only disappointment was we were unable to get in sooner with our grandson for his nap, but we knew that was a possibility. Rental company was super responsive and tried to fix all issues as they arose. Wish there were some basic baby supplies; highchair or booster seat, port-a-crib and gates to make long distance travel a bit easier. Otherwise the house was super well appointed and we would certainly return again!

The house is delightful and the responsiveness to a few small issues we had was quick and useful, even on the holiday itself. If I can corral the family, we will be back!! This is the first time we have rented through NEVR. The process and communication was excellent. We had major issues with our first rental (which I believe has since been dropped from the listings). The NEVR staff responded to us immediately and helped to relocate us to 14 Hallett. This is the best home that I have ever rented. It was clean and spacious; close to the beach, town, and fish pier; and had pretty much everything that you would need - towels, beach towels, beach chairs, floats for the pool, all kitchen needs! There is so much room yet it felt very cozy. We loved the pool, outdoor shower, and fire pit. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great Chatham rental!! Great location. Walk to the beach and downtown! Heated pool was a win with the kids. Loved the firepit. Ideal bedroom options and plenty of bathrooms for all. Wonderful experience. Our family had a blast. Make sure to ask about the sheets and towel situation - we brought all of ours to find out they were provided. There were beach towels and beach chairs as well... I would ask, perhaps they are not guaranteed, but they were there for us to use during our visit. Be sure to ask to clarify. Better than hauling your own! Overall, would 100% recommend for a family getaway to the Cape
