We are return renters to this property "BreakAway" in Chatham. It is a lovely home and a perfect spot for our multi-generational family: grandparents, parents, & children. The living room on the main floor, the finished lower level for the kids and the wonderful deck. We loved cooking breakfast outside on the incredible Blackstone Grill. The house was beautiful and very picturesque— just what you want for a weekend in Cape Cod. Good location to town and a tiny beach. Plenty of comfortable places to hang out as a family.

We absolutely loved staying at your beautiful home. The location is lovely and allowed us to walk every day in so many directions … it is perfectly equipped … so comfortable and so nicely furnished without being stuffy. We would recommend it to anyone, including families with older people ranging all the way down to little ones. Thank you for opening your doors to us!

Couldn’t have asked for a better week or property.

The home was a great location for us. It was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of space and nice backyard. We rented linens and the service worked well for us.
