This was a small but well laid out home. There were 2 BR in one wing, with bath, and a master w/en-suite bath in the other. Furniture comfortable and kitchen extremely well organized/equipped. Biggest plus was fenced in back yard w/swings and toy filled shed, and beach down the street. We rented linens and it was a bit hard to make some beds because they were up against walls. Other than that it was lovely!

Our group included a 2 year old, 6 year old, 16 year old and 4 adults. Everyone was super happy with the house. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, had a spacious yard for the kids, and great proximity to the beach. The layout and amenities worked out perfectly. We definitely hope to come back next year!
