Our group included a 2 year old, 6 year old, 16 year old and 4 adults. Everyone was super happy with the house. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, had a spacious yard for the kids, and great proximity to the beach. The layout and amenities worked out perfectly. We definitely hope to come back next year!

The fenced in backyard, quick walk to the beach, cooking meals at home, hanging out in the homey living room, and the fireplace were some highlights. My young son enjoyed the books, toys, chalkboard, and the bunk beds! He even spent a little time on the swing set even though it was quite chilly when we went. The Cape is so peaceful in the winter and it was a nice touch that the owners had some decorations to celebrate the winter holiday season. NEVR was wonderful to work with as well. Thanks again!
