My family and I have been staying her every summer since 2020 and can't imagine not coming back again. My kids ask about it all year. It's such a beautiful home with a great pool. But what really makes it unique is the dock and the kayaks. We catch crabs right off the dock and boil them for a snack before dinner in the evenings! Kayaking over to long beach for the afternoon is really a unique experience. Feels like we have a lake house and a beach house at the same time! Beautiful location and home. Everything was as expected or better. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay again.

This home was large, modern and well maintained. Having pool and hot tub was so great. Dock to the river was our favorite addition since we could paddle to the beach. No parking worries! Also close to restaurants, ice cream and Hyannis ferries. Really made for relaxing and enjoyable week with our family.

Our second visit to this lovely home. Perfect location. We kayaked and SUP everyday to the beach and Bumps and Herring River. Beautiful open plan conducive to a wonderful family vacation. House is well equipped and the only thing we yearned for was a fire pit! House was exactly as advertised, it was beautiful, clean, and full of quality appliances, dishes, and pots. The pool was a big hit, perfect size for a family to enjoy. We had a storm come through and they had someone come to clean out the debris from the pool, the very next day. The dock was fun to go down at all different times, just to see what fish, birds, or crabs we could see. The kayaking was great exercise and we even caught some beautiful sunsets across the bay. We enjoyed cooking in, saving a lot of money, playing games, doing puzzles, and friendly ping pong competitions. This was beyond a 5 star vacation, you won’t be disappointed in this home and location.
