Third time at this home. Remains a solid reliable vacation home. Clean Spacious enough. Located near restaurants and near enough to the beach to walk without beach stuff or have quick drop off. Walks through the Harwich Nature conservancy-inland marshes. Easy bike ride to the rail trail. Quiet upgrades since last year- new outdoor patio-furnished with fire pit-sadly it was too hot and humid to use during the day, could use an umbrella or overhead sail/covering. New grill set up-safer no more solid footing. Kayaks-three in the basement. Kitchen seems better equipped and organized. Garage has been renovated. Highly recommend for our family of four and occasional overnight guests From New England Vacation Rentals- Thank you for being a repeat guest in this great home. We absolutely loved our time at this property. It had everything we needed and putting all the small details. It was a very clean home with great sunlight and air conditioning. The layout of the home was great! My husband and I were on one side of the house and my daughter, son in law and grand daughter stayed at the other side of the home. We had privacy when we wanted it and we spent time together outside by the fire pit at night. We had fantastic weather and were at the beach everyday. The home was well equipped except there was no frying pan. Also it would be helpful if the homeowner made a booklet on how to work the TV with the remote controls. Other than those 2 things we would definitely recommend this property and look forward to going back next year. Thanks for a great vacation! KAREN & RICH

Very cute home with comfy furniture. Loved the open layout of the common spaces, the way the master bedroom was its own separate suite of sorts (my hubby and I got to have our lovers den away from the family) and the outdoor pit and grill. A much needed getaway space for us super COVID scared/PTSD ppl from NYC.

The house was great, very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The yard was great for my grandchildren and the hammock was nice and relaxing. Our only issue was there only being 1 outdoor trash receptacle. We are so used to recycling - which we continued to do - but kept garbage in the barrel and recycling in large plastic bags as everything wouldn't fit in the barrel. It is very refreshing to walk into a rental and have it sparkling clean!!!
