We had an excellent weekend stay and especially enjoyed being able to walk to Ridgevale beach. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Looking forward to returning!

Fantastic location and great view of the water. This would be a perfect place for adults or families with older children (the rough wood porch, steep stairs, and having a kids bedroom on a separate floor is tough for younger families). The kitchen is a bit outdated but everything works fine. We loved the backyard and deck and being able to walk to the beach. We’ll be back!

This is a lovely home with a stunning view. You could easily spend hours on the deck or in the comfy inside chairs gazing at the beautiful marsh. It's also in a great location, on a quiet street within easy walking distance of lovely Ridgvale Beach. There is a lot of very comfortable living space, and the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. For the size of the house and the people it could accommodate, the main drawback are the bathrooms. There is one adjoined to one of the bedrooms, which leaves one main bathroom for every other guest. And this main bathroom is small, with a cramped standing shower. The kitchen is well-stocked with things you might need, though the limited amount of counter space makes it tricky to do much cooking. Also, it's helpful to note that no linens are provided, not even a dishtowel.
New England Rentals was very thorough in their communications, sharing lots of details about the house, the check-in and check-out process.

The place was beautiful. Lovely location, easy walk to the beach and great view of the water from the deck.

It was not hard to easily relax in this home where seating was abundant and comfortable plus always having access to a beautiful view an adjacent marsh wildlife area.
