We are returning guests in this home, and we love its proximity to the beach. We also love the layout and gathering spaces, including the back deck. The new grill has been a welcome addition. Overall, this home is comfortable and has the amenities we need for an excellent stay.

We rent this property for one week every summer and love it thoroughly! The bedrooms are laid out for privacy and optimal space, and beds are clean and comfortable. All bathrooms are equipped well, clean, and fully functioning, including showers and air flow. The house is peaceful and quiet, with new windows and plenty of light. I enjoy the late afternoon most, as the sunlight comes through the front of the house and provides a glow during those pretty hours of summer daylight. The new Weber grill on the deck is fantastic, and the deck table and chairs seat the whole family comfortably. Thank goodness for the central AC on those humid days and nights by the ocean! We adore this house! It is so close to the beach, where we spend 90% of our time when we visit the Cape. It is clean, comfortable, and the central AC is amazing. It has everything we need in terms of space (bedrooms and places to spread out) for a family, areas for dining, an outdoor shower, and beach chairs and accessories. We love that we can be in town in a few minutes and walk to the beach in about 3 minutes. The residents and other renters on the street are always kind people who make our stay fun.
