The location of this property is outstanding - right on the pond and close to the beach. There’s an abundance of fish in the pond and kayaking is very pleasurable.The house is clean and cozy. A very nice experience overall!

The location and privacy of this home was amazing! Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best time enjoying the pond, views, and mother duck with 7 ducklings that visited every morning! It was an easy drive to get to any hot spots on the cape, as well as a quick drive to some great seafood! I was our first family vacation as the kids are 1 and 3, they loved the vacation home and it will hold a special place in our memories in which I hope we can come back to one day!
