The location of this property is outstanding - right on the pond and close to the beach. There’s an abundance of fish in the pond and kayaking is very pleasurable.The house is clean and cozy. A very nice experience overall!

The location and privacy of this home was amazing! Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best time enjoying the pond, views, and mother duck with 7 ducklings that visited every morning! It was an easy drive to get to any hot spots on the cape, as well as a quick drive to some great seafood! I was our first family vacation as the kids are 1 and 3, they loved the vacation home and it will hold a special place in our memories in which I hope we can come back to one day!

We had the best family vacation staying here at the pond! It was close location to many hot spots on the cape, but also made for the a great place to just stay put and enjoy the beautiful surrounding. We stayed here with 2 dogs, who just loved it, as well as 2 little ones (1yr and 3yrs). The little home was perfect and even gave my youngest her walking legs! Due to the time of year, we were very cautious of the ticks, and thank god cause we found A LOT, but the outdoor shower for the dogs was very helpful to keep many out of the house!
