The cottage is located on Manshee Island in Bourne. It is the perfect setting for a Cape Cod vacation. Water is all around giving a distinctive remote feel even though the Bourne Bridge is less than 10 minutes away. Beach access is a two minute walk from the house. We took advantage of the water every day. The cottage is remodeled, well organized and clean. Very comfortable throughout, including the two power recliners. Great for relaxing after a day on the water. The yard is impeccable with lush green grass front and back. The owner definitely takes pride in the property and has it in top notch condition. We will definitely want to rent the property again. Highly recommend.

This place was an adorable, sweet little cottage with beautiful surroundings. Easy walk to the beach. Bunnies in the yard at all times of the day. The cottage itself was comfortable and had everything you needed to feel right at home.
