We loved our stay at this property! The location was fantastic and identical to the listing photos . Communication with the host was smooth and the check in process was seamless. My family especially loved the tasteful mermaid/beach decor scattered about the property. The only minor issue we had was the upstairs bedroom was warmer than the main floor living space. We purchased a fan to help keep the area more comfortable.Overall, an enjoyable experience !

The place was clean and nice, and the community was also very quiet and nice. The upstairs was a little warm during our stay despite the AC on, but didnt get in the way of sleep. We were trying to find the community swimming pool but the instructions were a bit unclear - the management team was communicative though and we did find out where it was, but didn’t end up using it.

SeaSpark is a wonderful place to stay on Cape Cod! The location is excellent, and the property itself is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of character. The thoughtful layout makes it both practical and relaxing, whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer getaway. The host clearly takes great pride in the property - it was exceptionally clean and very easy to access. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others, no matter the season.

Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven at SeaSpark. We loved Mashpee and it served as a great basecamp for exploring the Cape from P-town to Barnstable. We loved South Cape Beach, the Squire in Chatham, Liam Maguire's, the Raw Bar, the Nauset Truro Lighthouse, and the amazing view at Pepe's in P-town. Our favorite town & restaurants are Fisherman's View & Pilot House in Sandwich. We loved the food, family friendly prices, and amazing vibe in the old school fishing village. Thank you for the place to escape. The cottage was warm and inviting. The local restaurants made me feel at home. I went to the shops in Hyannis, had lunch at the marina, and just drove along the coast. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Sandi – June 2022
