I've had the good fortune of spending the last 10 summers at 140 Brentwood Ln, and it truly could not be a better place to spend quality time with friends and family. The beautiful kitchen, sunroom, spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, and stunning pool house make this the perfect Cape Cod getaway. The pool house gym is an added bonus, and the neighborhood is ideal for enjoying the outdoors, with scenic roads that are perfect for running and exploring. You don't even need to leave the property to have a fulfilling experience. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a dream Cape Cod vacation!

From the moment we walked in, the house was spotless and well taken care of. It made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy from day one. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, great for evening walks and morning coffee on the porch. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with beds that made it easy to fall asleep after long beach days. Our favorite part was definitely the pool and pool house. We spent afternoons lounging by the pool and evenings there with family and friends. It's a great spot to relax during the day and just as nice for hanging out in the evening. The location was great too. We were just a short drive from some of the Cape's best beaches, restaurants, and things to do. It felt private and peaceful, but still close to everything. We'd definitely come back, and we'd recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious place to stay on Cape Cod

Our family's absolute favorite summer getaway! The main house is incredibly spacious with fantastic, comfortable quarters, but the real showstopper is the outdoor setup. We spent our days lounging by the awesome pool, cooking out on the patio, and hanging out in the recreation house—which even has its own workout room! The property sits on a beautiful, spacious yard in a wonderfully quiet and secluded neighborhood, offering total privacy. Still, you are just minutes away from the charm and amenities of Hyannis, Barnstable, and Yarmouthport, as well as several excellent public golf courses. If you are planning to come to Cape Cod, we cannot recommend this hidden gem enough!

The pool house was an amazing bonus and gave the house a resort-like feel. It is fully equipped so there was no need to go back and forth to the house. A spacious island with plenty of seats, a bar area, small refrigerator, ice maker, TV, and a bathroom all at your disposal.

The home was clean and spacious with many inviting extra areas to enjoy your morning coffee, whether it be on the front porch, the deck, or the beautiful sunroom. The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable and the décor captured the perfect Cape Cod charm. The first-floor primary suite with an extra TV came in handy for a private getaway to relax. The location was ideal as it was close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and secluded

We had an exceptional stay at **The Pod on the Cod**. The house was immaculate and perfectly appointed, and we especially loved the beautiful pool and the amazing pool house—truly the highlight of our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to Hyannis, restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. We highly recommend this home for a perfect Cape Cod family getaway.
