House was really nice! Questions were responded to quickly. Had a little issue with a couple of the TV’s but they worked hard to get them fixed even had to order a new remote for one of them.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The location is beautiful with the back porch view overlooking the marsh and the beach a short walking distance away. It was very quiet and peaceful, which made for a nice getaway. We spent a majority of time at the beach but also enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, ice cream shops, the grocery store, etc.
And New England Vacation rentals was very responsive and helpful during our stay, which was much appreciated.
We are looking forward to hopefully being able to stay here again in the future! :)

Wonderful location. The views off the back deck over the marsh are breathtaking. The house is comfortable with plenty of room for 6 guests. Would def recommend 👍🏼

I had an extremely pleasant experience beginning to end. New England Rentals was very communicative and allowed for early check in once the house was ready. The house was perfect, and the back deck was a great addition to the home. At just steps from the beach, you could not ask for a better location. A small convenience store for quick needs or wine was 4 minutes away and a few coffee shops about 5-10 minutes away. the house had plenty of AC units to keep it cool, and the washer dryer in the basement was a nice addition. Would love to come back some day! Thanks for having us!
