It is a gorgeous house with a fenced in yard. That is close to local beaches restaurants and golf courses. Check-in was easy and New England vacation rentals were flexible with check-in times.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. The only negative was that during our three-day stay, landscaping work was being done from around 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM one day, which unfortunately meant we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor areas of the property that day. The hosts were responsive when we reached out and let us know when the work would be finished, which we appreciated. That said, it did seem like something that could have been scheduled between guest stays rather than while the property was occupied. Aside from that, we had a very positive experience.

Perfect spot for our family of 5 4 legged friend. Beautiful backyard and patio area which we all enjoyed. Location is centrally located which was very convenient. Only minor complaint was the TV was in a small office space. We aren’t big tv people but to watch a movie on a rainy day in a space where we could all fit would have been helpful- if it didnt rain we wouldnt have even noticed! Would highly recommend this rental and hope to return.

We had a fantastic family stay. The house was beautiful and the screened in porch and yard are idyllic. The property was very well kept and equipped for our stay. The decor was stunning. We biked to nearby beaches and took a few quick dives into Hyannis for dinner.

Very clean with great location for beach, golf and Cape Cod league baseball.
