We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful sitting on the deck at night looking over the marsh/Bass River and watching the sunset. Only thing I could suggest is upgrading the bathrooms. Thank you!

First time use of NEVR and our experience was very good. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exceptionally clean home. There was plenty of parking, towels and storage for our clothes. Shortly after unpacked, we walked down the street to the dock at the end of Cove Road. The grandchildren loved chasing crabs and wading in the water . The layout of the house was nice. There was a very large couch and additional seating as well as a large kitchen table. The garage/rec room was a bonus. The kids could escape to play or watch their own show. The home was located close to our favorite places ( Foleys Backyard, Love Farms, Cuffy’s & many ice cream places). You could walk to many other restaurants and the infamous Harbor Fox coffee shop. We loved ending our day with a glass of wine overlooking the sunset over The Bass River. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was amazing. The view is breathtaking. It is important to us to have all our family (fur babies) with us on vacation and we appreciate a place that allows us to take them. This was a nice break from the city to wake up to peaceful mornings. We always made time to see the sunset from the deck. Highly recommend this house and location! - Carle & Drew, June/July 2025

The house was tremendous and the neighbors were friendly. Our annual golf trip found a new place to stay and we are thankful. Especially loving the backyard view.
