This was an excellent house to rent for our vacation - exactly as described, clean, tidy and great location. Communication via text and email was timely, concise and comprehensive. Overall, highly recommended !

4 of us(2 couples) stayed for a weekend wedding. House was clean, well equipped, and great location! We would stay again!!

The house looks brand new and it was convenient to a number of great beaches. We had a great time! However I feel that 7 guests would feel VERY tight in this small space, and wouldn't recommend going over 4 or maybe 5.

Perfect for our 3 day stay on the Cape - easy access to our destinations! Clean, newly remodeled & a great retreat. Would definitely stay again if we're on the Cape
