We have stayed at this home almost every summer for the past eight years. The home is perfect in every way. Fantastic location with easy access to beaches and shopping. Each year we notice that the homeowner has either added or improved some area of the home. This is obviously an older home with many modern amenities. I would highly recommend! Another great vacation in Harwich!! The 1910 house is the only place for our family. We’ve been going there long enough now to chat with the neighbors and watch the babies on the street start to grow … it feels like home to us as soon as we step in the door. LOVE THE BRAND NEW GRILL!! Hubby does all the cooking and he enjoyed it. We noticed the new decorative touches made to the home and it’s the perfect place to hang on a rainy day playing board games or enjoying the deck for meals. There’s so much to do within 10-15” our kids are never bored. The area restaurant and bars are great!! Bank street beach is our favorite beach. The residents of Harwich are VERY friendly/polite to us vacationers. Also had an illness w our dog and Animal Hospital of Orleans was FANTASTIC at taking care of our pooch w kindness and at affordable cost, fit us in same day. Can’t wait to return next summer!! Our third year in the 1910 home and we love it more each year. The house has the best charm and feels like home. My kids look forward to “game time” in the front room and actually wish for a couple rainy afternoons for the excuse to hang out there. Harwich is our favorite place on the Cape and the location of the house is so convenient to everywhere we want to go. The people in the neighborhood are very welcoming and pleasant also. The improvements the owner has made since last year were very nice too, we enjoyed the deck off the kitchen in the mornings. My husband has only one request.... a newer gas grill, as the one there is slower to cook, as it doesn’t heat up much past 300’ , but we make due. Love the huge deck and outside eating area too!! We already look forward to coming back next year. Thank you to the owner for such a wonderful home!!

We have been coming to Harwich since for a number of years, as a family member use to own a house in town. We felt like we were home as soon as we walked in. My family and I really enjoyed the week we spent in the house, and are looking forward to our next trip.

Our stay at the 1910 house was wonderful. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was well maintained and suited us perfectly. My daughter and pup loved the yard and played many games of tag during our stay. The stairs to the upstairs were steep as mentioned in the description, but we managed well. I would highly recommend this house. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was so comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. We had a tornado touch down ( spent time in the clean, drey basement) but it didn’t diminish our experience. The property manager was great. I would highly recommend this Harwich home.
