We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, right down to the beach toys and umbrellas provided for guests, a nice touch we didn't expect. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout. Having the beach right outside our back door was a huge highlight. The location let us walk to so many places, and it was noticeably quieter and more relaxed than staying closer to Newport Pier. All the convenience without the crowds and chaos. The management team was great to work with. We rarely needed to reach out, but whenever we did, they were quick and proactive about getting us the information we needed. The only minor downside was the heat. Even with the ocean breeze, things warmed up inside, though that's fairly typical for these charming older beach homes. It wasn't really a complaint, just a small suggestion: a few portable A/C units in the bedrooms would be a nice upgrade from the floor fans. We loved it!!!!

Beautiful home with lots of room. We really enjoyed the outside area and beach access. Tons of food and shopping in walking distance. And the host sent recommendations before our stay. My family is already talking about wanting to go back again.

Location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the large patio. House was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Parking was easy and a great time was had by all. We'll be back!

Comfortable, updated and clean property within walking distance to a little bit of everything.

Very easy check in. love lower level. It was easy to rent bikes, and skateboards, and park them at night.

It rained and was cloudy most of the days but we still found plenty of things to do!

Wonderful location and beautiful full wall windows to enjoy the view. Sad we couldn’t see the ocean from the home but with how high the tide comes in I see why they need to have the sand so high.
