We rented the bottom and top unit. It was a total of 12 of us. We had an amazing time. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is a volleyball net on the sand, which we enjoyed having competitions. If you are sitting on the bottom unit patio, you cannot see the ocean since it is a bit of a sand walk to get to the water but from the upper unit, the view is gorgeous. We took turns BBQing on the bottom patio and the upper roof. This property did not disappoint. We are looking forward to rent this place again for our annual family beach week.

Had a great stay — the house was clean and steps from the beach. The host was so easy to work with and quick to respond. I would absolutely come back.

Beautiful location right on the sand

This was a great house and a great location! I liked the two separate living areas - and the rooftop deck was amazing! The house was walking distance to everywhere you would need.

Location of it as I dream about it since I was kid growing up in Socal. Close to the shops and docks. The second story and roof top has the best view. Fully furnished with everything very clean and well enough supplies. Had to leave 😆 🤣 the BBQ. It didn't work. The previous renters left some trash in the bottom kitchen drawer. It's hard to check it out as they were cleaning i guss. Other than minor small things, excellent clean. Oh yeah, the door battery died on the lock and locked out. I had to call the maintenance our last night.

We had a great stay in Newport Beach. Great location nice house. I would recommend this place.
