Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful home! It was just a short walk to both the beach and the bay and within a mile of both Newport and Balboa piers. It was spacious, clean, and everything we were hoping it would be. The balcony was our favorite spot to hang out as there was just enough ocean breeze and the peek a boo ocean views made it even better!
My only call out is the AC is a tad loud in the master bedroom (especially at night) and the beds could use more comfortable pillows, as they were flat and hard to sleep on. All in all, we had a great time and can’t wait to book again in the future!!

Our recent stay at 209 9th Street in Newport Beach was outstanding. Communication with the management agency was seamless, they were responsive, professional, and quick to answer any questions.
The home itself exceeded our expectations. It appeared newly renovated, with beautiful upgrades throughout. The primary suite was especially impressive, and the rainfall showers in every bathroom were a luxurious touch. The lower-level sitting room, spacious kitchen, dining area, and outdoor patio made the home both comfortable and inviting.
The location was another highlight. The beach is just a five-minute walk across Balboa Avenue, and the area near 9th Street is much less crowded than the sections closer to the pier, making for a more relaxing experience.
Overall, this property delivered on every level. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on a future visit to Newport Beach.

What a GEM of a home! High end furnishings, 4 showers, beautiful kitchen, and amazing patio. Will definitely look to stay at this location again!

Very spacious. Great location.

This place was beautiful! It was a great layout for our big family. Everyone had space and a place to sleep. The patio was nice to hang out on and look at the marina and the beach. The elevator was an added bonus, saving us from hauling our things up and down the stairs. The house was as comfortable as it was beautiful. It was so nice to have a garage to park our large SUV inside. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place, ample room for a family and great location. All was great but just let the owner know the doors, cabinets and furniture could use a good oil polish as they are drying out pretty bad from use and the shower floors could use a good deep clean. Other than those minor issues, the place is fantastic and I am looking forward to getting back there again soon. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The home was exactly as the advertised pictures. It met our expectations and loved that it was close to various stores, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely book again.

Clean . Great location- steps to the beach. Well maintained with top of the line appliances. Wish there was a propane tank available to use the fire pit. I would go back for sure!

Great place to stay with family in New Port beach. Everything was great at this property, walking distance to everything. we stayed 2 weeks and will definitely be back again!
