My family and grandkids joined me for a wonderful stay at this beach house. It is absolutely beautiful and the description was very accurate. We loved everything about this house. We plan to come back again next summer.

The house is very clean and well maintained. Sheets and towels are upgraded throughout and beach towels were provided. Living room couch was large enough for movie watching at night. There were plenty of extra countertops throughout for sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, games, etc which is rare for most beach rentals. The 2 extra refrig drawers in the kitchen were really helpful for storing drinks. Would definitely rent again.

Great area surrounding the house. The house is very nice and well kept. The only issue was the sliding door to the patio was broken. I was told by management a worker would come fix it in a few hours after check in. The worker never showed up.

We absolutely loved this home! Great location — walkable to the pier and surrounding amenities, Lido marina and Pavilions grocery. The house is spacious and updated. The bed was comfy… the water pressure fantastic. Fabulous rooftop patio to watch the sunset over the water.

The views are stunning. The place was very clean (surprising with all the sand around) and I appreciated how everything worked and was well-labeled. This property has excellent maintenance, a challenge right near the beach. Waking up and opening the blinds, with the views of the beach, ocean, and Catalina Island (on a clear day) is spectacular. Very walkable area, lots to eat. A few things to keep in mind: It's right next to the beach walkway so you're likely to hear some people outside at night especially on the weekend. It seems like everyone walking the beach path likes to look inside the living room, if the blinds are open. Garage would be hard to park 2 cars. Even if you could fit two cars, the alleyway to the garage is narrow, so maneuvering a minivan or SUV into the garage requires some care. Street parking isn't too hard to find in the winter but in the summer might be tough. Ubers are super easy here though. I will definitely be back to this property... as soon as possible LOL

We had a wonderful time at the house, and the location can't be beat.

Great beachfront location. Home was clean and tidy. Lots of boogie boards and sand toys (prob left from previous renters).
Beds were a bit firm but bedding
was comfortable. Prefer a keyless entry as this had keys and a stubborn lock to put them in. Garage space was perfect for all of our bikes. Hot tub was amazing for chilly evenings!

The house was updated and cozy. One of the nicer houses I’ve rented on the sand in Newport Beach. This location was perfect. Right on the sand, close the grocery store, shopping, restaurants, parks, the pier, and ice cream shops for the kids. My 3, 5, and 13 teen yard old kids had a blast.

Fabulous spot, amazing location and memorable family weekend. We would stay here again!

Overall, we all loved this place! The location is amazing (we have stayed 2 houses down before), the communication was fantastic and the place was clean. The only two things that could have been better is if the fire places actually worked (it got chilly at night!) and if check out wasn’t so early. Thanks again!!!
