TYhe unit, hali kai o kona, was great. the view was wonderful. The beaches, snorkeling, food was terrific. The complaint we have is that due to the weather in Kona the weekend of March 14, our flight to Kona was delayed two days. So, we lost two of our seven day stay. We asked for a refund for the two days/nights from you folks. Your mangement representative abruptly said: "Sorry! You are out of luck We do not refund for weather issues." No "Aloha Spirit" from management.

Our standard policy is that reservations are not refundable for airline or weather-related travel interruptions, but I understand how frustrating losing two days of your stay was.
