The unit was beautiful and quiet. Light and airy with great amenities. The lot is situated perfectly between the two pools and a convenient bbq station is nearby. The lawn behind the unit is a great place for kids to play. Gabby and her team at Kona Properties were wonderfully communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We recommend the unit and the management company for a nice stay on the Big Island.

We loved our stay at this Colony Villas unit! It had everything we could possibly need and the hosts were very responsive. We would 100% come back again and would stay at any of the Kona Coast vacation properties in a heartbeat!

Great place great location when we arrived. Condo was super clean. Facility has great amenities barbecues, swimming pools, workout area. Air conditioner works great. Look forward to staying here again.

The unit was perfect for our family with quite a bit of privacy. We had most things we could have hoped for, and what we felt was missing was delivered very quickly. The team was very responsive and easy to work with. We would use Kona Coast Vacations again in the future for sure.
