We had an outstanding experience with both the condo at Alii Villas 329 and Kona Coast Vacations. The condo itself is just as it appears in the listing and is very well equipped. The view and the sound of the waves are amazing! One thing to be aware of is that the lanai looks out over the pool of the neighboring property, and you do get some noise from the pool area when you are on the lanai and in the unit. They close the pool promptly at 9pm so nighttime is extremely quiet (except for the sound of the waves, which helped lull us to sleep :). Kona Coast Vacations exceeded expectations. All communications were detailed and timely. They were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent a property through them again if we have the opportunity!

Unit 329 in Alii Villas was amazing. Could here the waves every night and the service was great.
