The condo that we rented at Vista Waikoloa was bright, airy, beautifully furnished, and just perfect for a long stay. We are the kind of tourists who usually like those hidden away places, and wondered before arriving how we would feel about a resort setting. It turned out to suit us very well. It was perfect for taking morning walks, working out in the little gym, cooling down in the pool, and it was located, conveniently for many destinations around the island. We would love to rent it again if we return to the Big Island.

I found the co do to be very comfortable and clean. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We stayed a week for a wedding and had a great time. Most of our friends and family stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa Village and it was easily walkable. Comfortable beds, good showers, just enough for amenities for cooking some meals at home and eating out for others. Great view and a peaceful patio! Checkin process was not clear and the management company was closed by the time we arrived, so getting in touch with them was very difficult. Thankfully the maintenance crew was able to get us in and everything went smoothly from there!

A directions mail with all access codes to the home is emailed a week prior to check-in and should you need assistance after hours, guests would need to call and follow the phone prompts to reach a live agent who can assist you. All messaging platforms, including emails and texts, are only monitored during business hours. We are happy you were able to get in and get assistance. We enjoyed hosting you folks!

Communication from rental company was excellent. The location was great....easy to walk to beach, shopping, dining. This unit was well stocked with kitchen items and had very nice furnishings. Coffee, salt and pepper were the only food items in the unit so plan ahead if planning to cook. The shared pool and BBQ area were great. Would stay again.

Very lovely, quiet unit in a nice complex. Well stocked kitchen, nice furniture, quiet central air conditioning. Responsive management when there was a small issue. Can walk to shops and calm beach, but you have to drive to go boogie boarding. Also hiking trail nearby. Would stay here again!

We stayed a week and loved the condo, location, close to shopping and dining. Everything was clean and spotless. Had everything we wanted, including laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, utensils, ice chest with gel packs and basically a full stocked kitchen. Stop and Costco or KTA and get groceries and you're all set for the week. Host was very responsive, checkin was easy, and answered any questions quickly that we had. We've stayed in the Vista several times and love this location.
