We stayed a week for a wedding and had a great time. Most of our friends and family stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa Village and it was easily walkable. Comfortable beds, good showers, just enough for amenities for cooking some meals at home and eating out for others. Great view and a peaceful patio! Checkin process was not clear and the management company was closed by the time we arrived, so getting in touch with them was very difficult. Thankfully the maintenance crew was able to get us in and everything went smoothly from there!

We are sorry to hear you had difficulty checking in. A directions mail with all access codes to the home is emailed a week prior to check-in and should you need assistance after hours, guests would need to call and follow the phone prompts to reach a live agent who can assist you. All messaging platforms, including emails and texts, are only monitored during business hours. We are happy you were able to get in and get assistance. We enjoyed hosting you folks!
