We loved the condo! It is very tastefully decorated and well stocked with great dishes and cookware. The appliances worked well and we really appreciated the lovely soap and shampoo provided. The view from the lanai was beautiful and peaceful. There were some beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for use in the garage. Every morning we enjoyed a walk through the path beside the complex past lava tubes and ponds to the beach and back. We would definitely love to come back and spend time in this unit again…..it was lovely. Mahalo!🌺

This property is close to beach however not right on it so just be aware. Close to grocery store, golf and shopping!

We loved Palm Villas! Our unit was the perfect size for our family and offered the right amount of space for us to be together as well as spread out when needed. It was wonderful to be able to cook/grill our own food when we wanted. We also appreciated the pool for our specific part of the resort, and having free access to the beach club was a great bonus. It was also a huge perk to have our own garage for our rental car that also had beach and other adventure supplies (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, and a wagon). The area was quiet and the grounds were beautifully manicured! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to families looking for an alternative to a single hotel room. The cost, especially when booked direct with Kona Coast Vacations, was less than nearby resorts and was a much better deal overall!

We stayed in Palm Villas H23 and it was dreamy! The home, the grounds, the location - everything about it was wonderful. The home was well stocked with plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, high quality kitchen items and luxury toiletries. If we return to the big island I hope to stay in this same home! Kona Coast vacations made sure we were well taken care of, too!

Amazing condo in an amazing location. Kids loved the lagoon style pool. Walked through the lava fields and fishponds multiple times. View of the lava fields from the lanai and primary bedroom was so stunning and peaceful. Snorkeled every day at the beach club (15 minute walk or easy to drive and park) which was amazing. Condo layout was perfect for our 3 kids. Will definitely return.
