We stayed in Palm Villas H23 and it was dreamy! The home, the grounds, the location - everything about it was wonderful. The home was well stocked with plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, high quality kitchen items and luxury toiletries. If we return to the big island I hope to stay in this same home! Kona Coast vacations made sure we were well taken care of, too!

We loved our stay in this excellent condo! It was very clean and well equipped with high-end finishes. We definitely would stay here again!

This was a wonderful unit with many nice touches, the motion activated stair night lights, the night lights at the bathrooms and the fancy sliding cabinet shelves. I also appreciated the 'no need to rent' snorkel gear and beach chairs in the garage. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, spatulas, mixers, tupperware, various coffee machines, rice cooker and more!

Very clean, comfortable, functional, and updated property. Nice furnishings and decor throughout, which really brought us quickly into vacation mode. Plenty of supplies were provided (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage sacks, etc.).Kitchen was well appointed. We stayed for two weeks and cooked most of our own meals, including using the propane grill. Good working, split dishwasher that was handy. Refrigerator with ice machine was also nice for cold drinks.Bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens, overhead fans, TVs, and lots of dressers/storage for clothes.Bathrooms were updated. Shower in master was very nice with adjustable overhead spout and handheld combo. Good water pressure and hot water.We really enjoyed the loft space, especially our six year old, who could run around a little bit more up there without causing too much noise for the unit below. Very functional, nice space with desk for doing some work, watching movies as a family, playing board games, taking a nap, etc.Garage was spacious and fit our 4 door Jeep rental very easily. We used some provided snorkel equipment and beach toys down at the Mauna Lani beach, which had gate access provided.We either went to the pool or beach almost every day we there there. Great location and walking trail to the beach from the condo. Pool was clean and not very crowded. We also used the small fitness center.All in all, very enjoyable condo and experience and we would love to come back again.
