This Condo was great! My wife and I loved it. View was tremendous and you felt at home in this Condo. Location was very centrally located for most things we did in and around Kona. We definitely would stay here again. If I had anything negative to say, I’d say it was loud with other guests going to their condos in the evenings if you are in the bedroom, as the bedroom and its widow is right where other guests are walking up to, to get to their doors. While the window is up high and above head level, it still got loud at times. That’s me being nit picky though. Stay here if you are traveling to Kona with a small group or as a couple..

Kona Coast Vacation’s were a great host. They gave easy to follow instruction to the location. Though check-in was not until 4pm, the day of, I received notification the unit was ready and could have early access.
The unit was very charming. The decor was just right. The kitchen was well stocked, organized with dish, glass and cookware. Whatever you think you need, the kitchen had it.
The restroom had hotel type amenities from hand soap to body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
There was a closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, coolers even beach towels.
There were double slider doors leading out to the lanai. The view is spectacular. The pictures do not due it justice. You can see cruise ships when they are docked in the harbor, view of Kona and absolutely beautiful sunsets.

The location is convenient to Kona's restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is cozy and clean. Space enough for two people maximum. More than that would be tight. Very clean and lots of nice beach gear in the closet to borrow. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers etc. The place is quite hot and humid and with little to no air circulation. There's no central air conditioning. The only A/C is a portable unit that you can't move in the master bedroom. So, we just kept the door shut and ran it constantly to have a place to cool off when it got too hot. Neighbors are super close and get kind of loud until late at night. Overall, I was ok with it but not overly impressed. The lack of any air flow or a/c was the biggest issue for me. I expect Hawaii to be hot and humid, but I wasn't a fan of stagnant air. Even with three fans we still couldn't get any relief unless we confined ourselves in the master bedroom.

I stayed at this condo in Hawaii for 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The balcony offers an amazing view, perfect for relaxing mornings and evenings. Inside, everything feels fresh and modern, with stylish décor throughout. All the appliances are brand new, which made the stay extra convenient and comfortable.
