The Lanai early in the morning, all afternoon. and into the evening would be rated well past a 5 star.Everything else was fine. Two minor drawbacks: a car is necessary - not close to a restaurant(s) and the living room couch was a hard place for a nap. The sunsets were incredible! We were there for a 6.0 earthquake, the condo is solid and suffered no damage. Quite the experience! Mahalo, JRR

Absolutely wonderful condo with ocean view. We really did fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean every night. We saw dolphins from our lanai while we ate breakfast. Location is very nice -- maybe a little further than walking distance from the action in Kailua-Kona, but an easy drive to everything. The unit was clean and easy to access. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful condo with ocean view and crashing waves just off the lanai. Step outside and watch the sunset. Everything was so comfortable. Loved this rental, we'll be back.
