You just can’t beat the views, with the wrap around balcony and plenty of furniture outside for dinners watching sunsets or morning coffee watching waves. The beach has lost a lot of its sand which I knew that was a possibility so I wasn’t disappointed but it would have been nice to get in the water without walking on rocks. They say it comes and goes, thus the nick name Magic Sands Beach. The condo is very comfortable and is supplied with everything you would need. The only negative was the bed in master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Wonderful stay with everything needed while on the Big Island. Plenty of space for the family. The Kona Coast Vacations staff are amazing and very responsive. We enjoyed being across the street from Magic Beach although with high surf, we didn’t have white sand during our stay. It was entertaining at times just sitting out on the lanai watching the traffic and people across the street. We loved sitting outdoors for meals. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was nice, comfortable, and clean. The place was perfect for a family of four. They provided all what you needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
