We love Kona-Isle, C-37 is a great unit, wonderful view from Lanai, I was a bit disappointed that the top of refrigerator was very dirty, I am 6ft tall and could see it easy, I had to clean myself, look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months, also bedroom vertical blinds dirty and old 1 slat kept falling off, 2 easy fixes, I would definitely come back to this unit in hopes that these 2 small problems were corrected. All in all loved our time in Kona-Isle condo C-37. Mahalo. Ken C.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kona Isle. The condo has everything we needed and they responded to my request to send more towels during our stay promptly. The walking proximity to a salt water ocean pool was an unexpected but welcomed amenity. The bed was comfortable and so are the pillows. Condo has a split AC system which we loved and we also appreciated the laundry pods, hand soap, dish soap and extra paper products that were stocked for us. It was so lovely to end the day at the lanai looking out into the ocean! During our stay we received an email about a discount if we purchase a short term pass at the Kona Gym, which was such a lovely bonus. My only feedback is to make sure the couch pillows are getting washed after each rental. The pillows we had in our living room couch were stained and didn't smell clean. We would love to stay at the same unit next time we're in the Big Island, truly a magical experience.
