The property is excellent, very well equiped, with a covered parking (something you thank on the heat of Hawaii), with plently clutery, beach equipment, excellent air conditioner, bathrooms, and a beautiful view to the golf course, great facilities and a couple of the best beaches of the Big Island really close (Hapuna and Anaehoʻomalu), with markets right across the street. You can even see the observatory on the Mauna Kea summit on a sunny day. Nothing really.

We had a fabulous stay in L-3! We stayed in the same condo back in 2015, rented through another party. It was the same excellent place to stay - the location is in a perfect area, the condo is extremely clean and had everything you could need like beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, swim goggles, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. I love that the lanai has both a table for 4 AND 2 loungers where you can relax and watch the birds and golfers. We would rent from Kona Coast again, as they were so responsive before and during our stay and again, we were very impressed with how clean the condo was. Highly recommend and we'll be back!
