We spent a comfortable week at this condo, enjoying views of the ocean and golf course. It is well-located, spacious and insanely well-equipped. Everything you need for the beach, more kitchen gear than I have at home. Many thanks to the owners for creating such a welcoming space.

We’ve always stayed with Kona Coast Vacations at the Country Club Villas. As there was only two of us, this was a first timer in a smaller condo. It was perfect :) Quiet, and easy access to everything. Of course, the added beach seats & umbrella are a favourite as it’s once less expense to buy while on vacay 🙌🏼

The easiest 5 star review ever written. Our stay at Country Club Villas 220 beyond exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean, well-appointed, and much bigger than the pictures appear. Every detail is considered. It is apparent that the owners put a lot of thought and effort into making sure that visitors have everything needed during their stay. From the linens to the kitchen tools and dishes, all are high quality. Our family stayed at Country Club Villas 220 in March 2026 and we were asked to shelter for safety during the Kona low storm. We were fortunate to have plenty of space for our family of four to safely ride out the storm for a few days. We watched movies, took advantage of the puzzles and toys in the closet, and even spent some time on the lanai during quieter parts of the storm. While the weather impacted our visit, calling Country Club Villas 220 home for 9 days was an absolute highlight. We can’t wait to come back!

I've stayed in CCV 220 several times and think it's a great condo for a Big Island vacation. It's quiet, has a great view from the lanai and is in a good location for traveling both north and south around the island. I like that it has 2 A/C units. Most of the year you don't need A/C but I always vacation in the summer, to take advantage of the calmer ocean conditions, and it can get hot and muggy then. Kona Coast Vacations is a great company to rent with. They provide so many small necessities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, lots of linens, detergent and paper products as part of their services. They are also a very fast at sending someone out if something needs to be fixed, reset etc. I plan to keep booking through KCV for my future Big Island vacations.

This was our third year staying at Country Club Villas #220. It was amazing as always. We were in the condo during the tsunami evacuation. We were thankful to find a map online that stated that the complex was not in the evacuation zone, so we stayed put. We were disappointed that the BBQs had to be removed from the lanai, but there were BBQs available at all pool areas, which we used many times. Overall, a wonderful trip and we will be back.
