Great stay! Pros: - Beautiful view from lanai- Comfortable sleeping arrangements- Short drives to many restaurants - Good location for driving to attractions- Kitchen well stocked if you plan on making your own meals - Nice pool Cons: - Carpet in bedrooms is in need of replacement - Shower pressure is not very strong - No cushions on lanai furniture which made the beautiful, new patio furniture a bit uncomfortable for long periods of time

Our week at Kona Bali Kai (thru Kona Coast Vacations), was so perfect. The condo was exceptional , better than the pictures, every comfort and amenity and overlooking the healing Pacific Ocean. We came back (reluctantly) more rested than any of us can remember for the last 10 yrs. The location was quiet, clean and peaceful, couldn’t have asked for more 🙏💞

We planned this trip a year ago, I was extremely careful in picking the right accommodations. My sister lost her husband last June to cancer, and he’d had me planning our return trip to Kona but passed before, and we were adamant to do this for him. The condo couldn’t have been more perfect! Gorgeous views, comfortable, super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I just can’t say enough, what a perfect place and your maintenance men work HARD! We will be back next year if not sooner. Mahalo❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and would absolutely come back! Everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. The lanai was a highlight—those sunset views were truly incredible and something we looked forward to every evening.The air conditioning worked great and made a huge difference, especially in the warmer weather. The location was convenient and right by the ocean. Parking was also simple and hassle-free.While the street noise can be a bit loud at times in the second bedroom, but, it didn’t take too much away from our overall experience. The concierge service was a thoughtful touch, even though we didn’t end up needing it.The only minor drawback for us was that the beds were much firmer than our personal preference. Overall though, we would highly recommend!

This rental was exactly as described in the VRBO listing and most of the reviews. Its all about the million dollar view and easy access to the beaches south of Kona. Easy access to Kona - short car or Uber ride. Unit clean and well equipped.
