It's all about the location here. Walking distance to the kings/queens shops, 15 min walk to the beach, 35 min to Kona, 30 min to Waimea and 40ish minutes to North Kohala. The place we stayed was perfect for what we were doing. I was working remotely and there was a desk in the main bedroom that was great to use. I would suggest a second desk in the guest bedroom as well. Could be used to get ready for whomever is staying in there or remote workers like us. Very comfortable stay, views were also amazing for our lanai, including sunsets over the golf course. Would stay again

This is our third time staying at the Fairway Villas using Kona Coast Vacations, and we always have a wonderful experience. Villa K3 has everything you need to have a great time on the Big Island. We enjoyed our relaxing one week stay!

We had a great stay. My family was in this condo and our nephews family was in the next building. The pool, BBQ's, and location was perfect. Cant wait to get together again next year.
