Host was very helpful and responsive. The unit was spacious and quiet. Only drawback was I thought there was an ocean view. Location was great and near the downtown area. Instructions were easy to follow.

Great location about 2 kilometres outside of town. The saltwater pool is great! Host had some basic beach gear which added to the experience. The views of the waves a short walk down the promenade are extraordinary. Found the bed and bedding to be very nice. TVs are modern. Rain shower worked well. Parking at the complex is great and there is a convenience store steps away. All in all we would not hesitate to stay again!

Property is very nice with a nice living room, kitchen and bedroom. We were very comfortable with all the room it has and the decor and quality is well above a standard hotel. Property has pool but no real beach as it is rocky at that location and the ocean is kind of distant from the unit but you can hear it. Property has a decent amount of parking and an elevator. Water was shut off twice during our stay for maintenance but we weren’t in the unit at the time. The complex is not within walking distance of anything but there are stores and restaurants within a short drive. There are also public access beaches a few minutes drive away but they get pretty crowded. Overall a nice comfortable place.

The location was incredible, right on the water. Facilities were clean and convenient. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private owners did a great job with the interior renovation and we enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony. The property is managed by Kona Coast Vacations. Expect to receive an overwhelming amount of emails, mostly addressing rules and guidelines for your stay. We also received emails regarding maintenance happening on the property, which included structural inspections of the building, which went on for several days, closure of the salt water pool, for two days, scoping of the sewer lines and repair of the a/c, which was off for a full day. We had requested some small token from Kona Coast Vacations for the inconveniences (credit for future stay, free/reduced tour from their concierge service, access to a local gym, etc) but were instead sent an email quoting the section of their lengthy rental contract that excludes them from responsibility. A missed chance at exceptional customer service, IMHO.

Amazing location, secure access to property, very quiet and clean. Apartment was as advertised, no issues. You are encouraged to get your property wristbands yet they are not used for anything other than an opportunity to sell you time shares during the sign up process for the bracelets.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, with updated appliances and a comfortable bed. The two pools were fantastic, and the coastal location was absolutely gorgeous. One of our favorite parts was watching the stunning sunsets from the balcony each evening. It is also just a short drive to Kona, with plenty of great restaurants, beaches, and activities nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii!
