Stayed here for the week leading up to Ironman WC. Great location in Waikoloa - right across from Queen’s market and adjacent to King’s. A short walk to the beach and right off the Queen K for great pre-race bike previews. Condo worked well for our 5 guests with all basic amenities well covered. Great seating options for lounging, dinner, outdoors, and bed/pillows comfortable! Most importantly, everything was spotless.

Our stay at Waikoloa beach villas I4 was amazing. The setting was perfect. The lanai was relaxing and the condo was spotless and smartly stocked. It is an easy walk to the Kings and Queens shops which was nice. The location on the golf course was quiet as was the complex. The pools were awesome as was the staff maintaining Waikoloa beach villas. Compliments to Kona Coast Vacations for the way they made arrangements simple and easy on arrival and departure. We really appreciated the early check in they were able to grant us as we had our 3 and 5 year old grandkids with us. This was so generous of the owner and Kona Coast Vacations. We loved the condo and will visit again for a future vacation. Side note, I forgot to mention the close proximity to nice beaches which includes A-Bay a 3 min drive away. Use the free parking close to Lava Lava restaurant for easy beach access then treat yourself to lunch or drinks at Lava Lava. Amazing food service and setting on the beach. Kevin and Toni H.

Condo was immaculate, very peaceful and had all the amenities to support our stay on the big island. Very appreciative to the staff at Kona Coast Vacation for the consistent communications to ensure all was good and we were safe during the storm (LALA). Well done to all! Looking forward to scheduling our return trip!

Easy to check in, shops nearby, clean and comfortable.

We traveled as a family with three youngsters and had a wonderful time resting and relaxing at Waikoloa Beach Villas. All included amenities were as described and enhanced the experience. As a bonus there were plenty of beach gear to use that really gave us that extra convenience we needed. The location on the island was great in that it allowed a good launch point to other activities. We would love to come back for another trip and highly recommend booking Waikoloa Beach Villas.
